Berdasarkan data terbaru dari Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia, jumlah kasus kriminal yang terjadi di Indonesia selama tahun 2022 mencapai 1,2 juta kasus. Angka ini menunjukkan penurunan sekitar 12% dibandingkan dengan tahun sebelumnya. Meskipun demikian, jumlah kasus kriminal masih cukup tinggi dan perlu perhatian khusus dari semua pihak.
Tak hanya kriminalitas, korupsi juga menjadi masalah serius di Indonesia. Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) mencatat bahwa pada tahun 2022, terdapat 243 kasus korupsi yang berhasil ditangani, dan terdapat 412 tersangka yang diadili. Jumlah tersebut menunjukkan penurunan yang cukup signifikan dibandingkan dengan tahun-tahun sebelumnya, namun masih terbilang tinggi.
Sementara itu, kasus pelanggaran HAM juga masih menjadi isu yang sering diperbincangkan di Indonesia. Berdasarkan data dari Komnas HAM, pada tahun 2022, terdapat sekitar 3.350 kasus pelanggaran HAM yang dilaporkan, dengan korban yang mencapai lebih dari 4.000 orang. Kasus pelanggaran HAM ini meliputi berbagai jenis pelanggaran, mulai dari pelanggaran hak sipil dan politik, hak ekonomi, sosial, dan budaya, hingga pelanggaran hak-hak kemanusiaan yang paling berat.
Tentunya, jumlah kasus yang masih terjadi di Indonesia ini memerlukan perhatian dan tindakan yang serius dari semua pihak, baik dari pemerintah, lembaga hukum, maupun masyarakat.
